I have dark brown eyes, and I was wondering if there's any tricks that I could do to make them pop. My everyday makeup usually consists of either black eyeliner and mascara or neutral eyeshadow look, eyeliner and mascara.

Try a white pencil in the water line. Pretty much any eyeshadow colour looks good with brown eyes, I especially love greens, blues and golds.

Opposites usually make colors stand out more. Since I have blue eyes, I use copper colors, like orange, light brown, silver, or grey.
So blue would make your eyes stand out more, but I wouldnt reccomend it for every day wear. Hope this helped! :)
