Change out your beauty blenders?

I think its a matter of how often you use the beauty blender and how much coverage you do to determine when to change it out. I personally would recommend changing it out every 3 months especially if you wear full coverage as sponges tend to hold bacteria after so long, but I want to say beauty blender makes a cleanser to help maintain the sponge. Hope my advice was helpful :-)
