Is it true that your face gets use to a facewash and it doesn't work anymore, if so you should switch off every month or so?? thanks!

Yes. When I run out of a facewash I usually buy a new facewash, but after a month or two you can switch back to your old one if you want.

That is completely untrue. I use the same face wash, shampoo/conditioner, and deodorant for years and it all still works. It's just old wives tales.

Its good to switch for 1 week our of the month to take away buildup from what you use, or do a once a month face mask. It doesn't hurt to use the same product, its all really how you care for yourself.
