What is it who uses it and why?

I use it and LOVE it. It was created in Germany by a plastic surgeon for patients to help cover and correct scaring and such. Its HUGE In Asian! (Have you ever seen an Asian star without FLAWLESS skin!?!)
A lot of bb creams come in only one shade and tend not to work for pale or tan skin tones (they can look grey) HOWEVER, the results are worth it. Since I've started using bb cream I've had a more even skin tone, smaller pores, and smoother skin.
Pretty much its makeup, sunscreen and skin care all rolled up into one product.
Some recommendations:
Smashbox camera ready bb cream-its smooth and doesn't look cakey, this one is great for the "no makeup" look
Etude House precious minerals- this is a Korean brand (and the one I use), it gives a dewy finish, has great coverage, and is available in 5 shades
Ahh forgot to mention the "BB" stands for blemish balm!
Hope this helps!

^^^ thank you! I was going to ask too..can it b used as a base for foundation or is tht what it is.

Amanda G. It can be both! You don't have to wear foundation over it, but you definitely can. If it isnt quite your color you can also mix it with your foundation!
Youre supposed to be able to apply BB cream with your finger, but I still use my stippling brush.

I just bought a bb cream by dr. Jart. I love it! It's got surprisingly good coverage and I didn't have to use concealer or primer or moisturizer with it.

I know this isn't my post.. but then what is CC cream?

CC cream is like one step above BB cream. BB cream stands for Blemish Balm; CC cream stands for Color Correction :)
