I just use chalk pastels. They work fine but I have dark hair so certain colours show up better then others.

In love with hair chalk. I've used the color pods by Kevin Murphy in pink, purple and white. The white makes blonde pop like highlights! It's fun. Works better in pale hair and sometimes last longer than expected so don't overdo it!

Never seen that kinda hair chalk that looks soo cool tho I have dark brown hair so a lot of the colors wnt show up your lucky you have blonde so any color will show up fine=)
