Talk to a hairloss doctor. They can tell you the steps you need to follow to regrow or prevent hair loss in the future. It could be your diet, maybe you ponytails too tight, stress, or maybe you‘re just leaving your part on one side for too long.

Avoid tight styles like tight ponytails, braids, etc. Also try to avoid heavy additions like extensions and weaves because they pull on hair. If you aren't doing anything to cause hair loss, maybe see a doctor to rule out any medical conditions. Good luck hon!
