Or for a deep conditioner, I recommend Aussies' 3 minutes miracle, which is very cheap. Also apply a heat protectant on your hair before adding heat (on left in picture) to keep your hair from returning back to damaged.

Sulfate free shampoo. Coconut milk by organix or the macadamia oil line.

Don't use garnier. I used the sleek and shine by garnier and there leave in conditoner and heat protectant and in the shower my hair started fallingnout. It has sulfates in it. Go sulfate and silcone free. Try a tea tree oil shampoo. Sally's has one for 7 bucks and yhe conditoner is 7 bucks too.

And as for a deep condioner I'd go homemade. These are a few I do
1: 1 or 3 eggs depending on hair length ( 2 eggs for hair longer than boobs)
1 Tbs on honey
2 Tbs of olive oil
3 Tbs of mayo
Leave in hair for atleast an hour or sleep in, when washing out use warm water, not hot water.
2: avacodo and olive oil or morroccan oil or coconut oil. Use 2 Tbs of the oil you pick. Leave in fot 30 minutes and then wash out.
3: ( what I do once a week)
1 egg
2 Tbs of olive oil
1 Tbs of honey
2 Tbs of mayo
2 Tbs of my conditoner
1 Tbs of argain oil
1 Tbs of morrocan oil
I sleep in it and wash out in the morning with warm water. Oh and with this I only apply to pony tail. I put hair up in a pony tail and only apply to the pony an then I wrap it up in a bun, put a shower cap on ( or plastic bag) and sleep. Wash out in the morning with warm water and your hair with be soooooo shinny and smooth (:
