Use coconut oil! Rub some all through your hair, and leave it in for an hour or two or even over night. I usually watch a movie. Then wash it out, it might take a few washes to get it all out, but it works magic. My hair grows faster and it's sealed my split ends. Don't go in for trims unless you need to because the stylist will chop off all your new growth. (ThAts what happens to me) also, stay away from heat tools or try to use as little as possible.
