I never really understood what a sock bun was, but whatever it is, how do you do it?

Get a long sock cut the tips of the toes then start rolling it in like a donut(:

You cut the end of a long sock so you can put your han straight throught it. you roll it up. You put your hair in a fairly tight ponytail, take the sock and put all your hair through it. Then slip the sock up to the top of your hair but not all the way. Then you roll your hair down along with the sock, while pushing your hair under and when you finally have the bun, put in some bobby pins to secure it. Hoped it helps a lil.!
