I've been trying to grow out my hair for a few years now and it grows SO SLOWLY! Are there any products or tips that will help it grow a little longer or faster?

Your hair only grows as fast depending how your body works, not many products help with hair growth, some people have tried biotin and some people have tried maine and tale, I have actually tried both and I never saw the difference. I do have very long hair but you have to take care it, no split ends, so keeping your hair healthy is key. Getting a trim often, and using the best products for best results.

Hair only grows 1/2-1 inch a month, that's it, for everyone. It can be more if you're taking hormones, are pregnant, taking vitamins- any of that will speed up your hair growth and the quality of the hair on your head but it won't grow much more than that a month. Also make sure you're trimming your hair every month, the reason for this is your hair is most likely growing just fine it's just falling off or splitting/breaking so you don't notice the growth. Also putting a protein filler on your hair will help keep it in the best condition and if you have damaged hair I would suggest doing it once a week- no more than that because too much protein will have a negative reaction. Also taking biotin or prenatal vitamins will help give you the nutrients you need for healthy hair growth, and may speed up hair growth but your hair still won't grow more than an inch a month! My best advice is to take really good care of your hair and get it trimmed a lot, as well as make the time to deep condition it once a week and not over use the blowdryer or straightener to prevent breakage when you can! :)

100% coconut oil an wash once maybe twice a week... I cut my end bout every 2 to 3 m. If you cut every month you will never see the difference. Put coconut oil on from root to tip on damp hair. I will c the a difference. An it's good for dandruff.
