How often should you heat style your hair a week? Do not say none please :)

Maybe once or twice a week. But the styles you want might be available to you without heat styling.

I never go near my hair with any heat. Not good for long hair!! Or any hair for that matter!

I only do max of twice a week... But if you do any heat, use a heat protectant and never go over 425 degrees because it will absolutely fry your hair. For heat protectant I recommend got2b guardian angel.
