Do you guys have any tips for lining the bottom of my eyes? Almost every time I do it, it weighs my eyes down and I look like a zombie.

You could try using a lighter color? If you're using black you could try a brown and see how that works? And if you still want to use black on top that's fine, I read in a magazine that two different color eyeliners on the top and bottom help open the eyes up =] just make sure to blend a bit underneath. Hope this helps!

Do you line under the eye or the waterline? I prefer the waterline, it looks neater.

Line the waterline, or don't line at all.

I always do the top and rarely the bottom. Also, lining the waterline really doesn't suit me. I was thinking if you guys have techniques on how to get a lighter line?

To open your eyes up more, try lining your bottom waterline neatly with white eyeliner. Line the top water line and lash line with your usual black/brown liner. It makes a big difference!

I use an angle brush and a matte eye shadow to line my bottom lash line. It stays right against the lashes and doesn't get racoon-y. I can't line my waterline or tight line because of my allergies, plus I just look weird with liner there. If you want to use a pencil to line the bottom, smudge it out a bit then take a qtip with makeup remover or a wipe and remove the excess, then you won't have a harsh line or smudgy zombie eyes.

If you use a white liberal o. the bottom it makes your eyes appear larger also I live the gel eyeliners for the top it stays in place and stays black all day and if you keep the line thin and close your your lash line it will make your eyelashes look thicker and fuller. hope this helps
