This is me...not the greatest photo but I want to do my eyes dramatic but not over the top and I have glasses...any suggestions.

Julia, your so pretty! I wear glasses too but I just wear mascara. Have you considered a look like Kim, in this pic. It looks kind of hard to recreate but maybe you could try it? Otherwise maybe try youtube or do a light matte shade in the corner of eye, a nuetral shimmery shade all over the lid and a darker matte shade blended in the crease(:
