Skinny but Not Tight Pants?

Does anyone understand me? I'm in the need for new pants for work. I would prefer that the legs aren't too wide, since I feel that they make me look wider than I am (or I just think I'm skinnier than I am, but that's another story). I've seen a girl that I think works in my building wearing what looks like the shape of skinny jeans, but it's actually looser and not made of stretch material, which Is what I would want.

If anyone knows what the heck I mean, and where I can get these types of pants, that would be super! Also, if they come in short lengths (my legs are soooooo short!), if not that's ok, I can get them hemmed :)

I got a pair similar to what you're looking for at Kmart... try Walmart and Kmart and maybe even target! good luck!

Get skinny jeans at Rue 21, at least for me, they are loose, and not skinny. And I think they come in short lengths. Or just get a size up, and wear a belt.
