What you are describing is commonly known as "eleven lines". While many people would suggest botox to fix it, a great topical option is the Kinerase C8 Peptide serum. Here is a video you should find helpful:

I seriously "smile with my eyes" & wiggle my ears (but not actually wiggle, I just flex that muscle) every time I'm outside or looking at my phone to avoid these lines, ha.

Retain-a products are supposed to be good for fine lines/wrinkles as well!
