So I have a skin disorder called keratosis pilaris (kp). its a super common thing and most people that have it don't even know they have it. I get these tiny bumps on the back of my upper arms and upper thighs, and sometimes face. most of the time I don't have an issue bcuz I do everything I'm supposed to, but right now my fave is FULL of "KP" bumps and I have a huge pimple on my cheek. does anyone know of a good diy facial for a keratosis pilaris breakout? and I need some pimple help too... and please don't tell me to pop it bcuz I know thats the worst thing to do... thanks!

For myself, sun exposure helps a lot that's why one reason why I love summer but before tanning helped too. Another thing I do is after showering, I moisturize my arms and it seemed to help a lot as well. Also age helps, the older I get, the less it appears but that takes time.

KP doesn't "break out" it kind of gets inflamed and just becomes more obvious. If this isn't the case, rejoice! You probably don't have KP on your face like me lol.
