I'm absolutely sure your hair now is great. I like your color of hair and length. But if you want something to change I would recommend grow your hair to middle length like http://hairstylezz.com/best-cute-mid-length-haircuts/ and concentrate on color of hair. Go for highlights, lowlights or that subtle celebrity favorite combo of balayage and ombre. Especially I like aubrown it's a mix between auburn and brown, this hue is rich and glossy

It looks like you've gotten a lob before, so I won't suggest it. But I think your hair would look really good cut almost to your ears. I'll post some pictures. Also, I would say not to change the color entirely. Go for maybe slightly lightening it and add some honey highlights.
