If I am working out and sweating does it matter if I remove my makeup before or after my workout? Does it make a difference?
It sounds like a silly question but I am trying to evaluate every thing I do in my routine to help tackle the spots I am getting lately, lol.

I always remove my make up before working out. And then I rinse with just water immediately afterwards so sweat doesn't clog the pores.

I always took my makeup off with wipes before, just to get my foundation and stuff off, and actually cleansed my face after I worked out.

You should remove your makeup before you work out so that your makeup doesn't mix with your sweat, which is what will clog your pores. Make sure you cleanse after your workout as well.

I always remove my makeup before I go to soccer ( games, practices) because I have found that if I don't, I break out

I always do bc I don't want all that crap clogging my pores but I do put a bb cream on so I don't feel self conscious about my skin:)

Thanks everyone! :)
Angela, I thought about that but won't BB cream still clog the pores??

I workout every day and never take my makeup off before. No issues here, but I generally have decent skin aside from an occasional small breakout.
