If this just started after using the new lotion, I'd stop. It certainly seems like a reaction. Keep the area clean and use Benadryl if needed.

I agree with Jackie, more than likely it's a reaction. Discontinue use and if you really want to make sure it was a reaction from the hand cream then I'd suggest doing a small patch test after everything's cleared up to see if it happens again.

Personally my hands will randomly do this in the cold months and just go away after a few weeks. I have no idea what it is. But still I'd stop using the new lotion.

I have moderate to severe eczema but I've nevet had bumps like that. I'm also not a doctor.
