The inner corners of my eyes are extremely dry. The dryness in these area is so extreme that I have dry patches and sometimes it inflames my skin. Any hydrating eye creen that you can recommend?

CeraVe PM is a good staple. They also make an eye cream that I've heard is a bit more hydrating.

The brand origin helps me a lot when it comes to hydrating my skin in general... or in certain areas! I usual purchase it at sefora. but I'm sure you can find it at walmart, Macy etc.the cost is between $17- $30 canadian/ American depending on where you get it from and the size of the bottle. :) good luck!

I use NSPA deep hydrating facial oil which I absolutely love, it's so cheap but the ingredients used are incredible for its price. I have such dry undereyes, including my inner corner and it's really helped get rid of flakiness, redness and the burning sensation I get from other skincare products because of my dryness. I use that and the Nivea creme moisturiser over the top for real hydration and they've helped so much.

Scalisi Skincare eye cream...I don't normally use eye creams but when my eye areas go all itchy and dried out, I apply this and it works wonders within one application
