Murad salycylic acne serum is great. Cleared up a lot of my acne. This product worked for me but if you want something that probably vanishes acne even more then go to your dermatologist and ask for a prescription of tretinoin lotion. In about 3 months this stuff compleately cleared ALL of my acne.

How long have you been using the products? Maybe your expectations are just too high? Depending on the type of acne it can take 4-6 weeks to completely get rid of certain types like cystic acne for example usually takes a long time to completely clear up - and it's usually caused by a hormone imbalance - if you notice you get them around that time of the month and they are large red bumps that don't come to a white head - those usually take a long time to get rid of - and I find I have to use multiple products to really get rid of it - but one of them is the buffering lotion by MB to reduce the size - then after it's been reduced I use their drying mask to dry them out and get them to be a white head quicker - then follow with their drying cream (the sulfur based cream that's different from the drying lotion) to completely dry it out and remove it - then I'm usually left with a scar so I need to use a vitamin c serum paired with a BHA exfoliant to get rid of the scar - so if you are looking for a one size fits all solution - you may not be able to find it and you may need to try multiple things to really get rid of it - other products I've tried that work for me are tea tree oil to reduce redness from cystic acne, benzoyl peroxide helps with dark spots, black heads and white heads - a chemical exfoliant (BHA) is good for reducing overall redness and preventing acne from popping up between breakouts - I use Paula's choice 1% BHA redness relief - but needless to say I use a lot of different products depending on the type of acne I have and whether I want an aggressive or gentle treatment - so you may need to tailor your skin care for the type of acne you have and realize that products don't work over night and some take weeks to really work - just be patient and if all else fails the dermatologist is probably your best bet - hope that helps!
