Marc jacobs is the best I have found. still smudges a little. very hard to remove.

The Maybelline one is surprisingly good! But if inglot doesn't last on you then I'm thinking no one will haha I struggle to get mine off!

I'll second for the Maybelline gel liner. not only does it last forever, but it's affordable & it's MUCH darker than a majority of black gel liners out there, including high end brands.

Inglot 77 Liner its only $28 Waterproof and is blackest black.

A mexican brand called GOC has the best gel eyeliner. I have the Inglot one but it also smudges on me. GOC is easy to apply, soft and won' t smudge. If you sleep with it con you'll wake up as if you had just applied it!!
