So this is exactly what I want. I am going to salon centric with my cosmetology class Monday and we can get whatever we want and I really want to get this look. Any ideas? I want to do it myself.

She has two hair colors both of which have a warm undertone looks like a level 6-7G with a level 9G.
you'll have to bleach all your hair if it's not close to those levels. There are highlift hair colors but I haven't checked out any at salon centric but I do really like the Matrix hair colors.

As far as technique it seems like a bayalage but I'm not all that great at spotting what type of techniques. I think your instructor can be of better help with that
