I'm not sure about the shadows, but I know the people who made those brushes, storybook cosmetics, had to stop production and redesign them because they couldn't get permission for a hp collab. they do have a hunger games collab coming out though.

Those eyeshadows look hand-pressed, like someone took loose shadows and made DIY palettes. Storybook Cosmetics and Geek Chic Cosmetics both have done Harry Potter themed sets.
