Definitely suggest checking out Juvia's Place or Suva Beauty, both are on the indie spectrum but the quality is excellent and fall within your price range.

Have you looked at the Saharan palette from juvias place? I just got mine so no review yet but I like their other palette I have.

I just bought the Tarte Tartelette In-Bloom palette and it is BEAUTIFUL and has a good mix of shimmers and mattes! Definitely would recommend, it's perfect for everyday use.

I love the Lorac Pro Palettes and I second the Tarte Tartelette in bloom palette but for the shimmers I use my fingers instead of brush. I find that it's better for me

Dose of Colors baked palettes, I believe there's a mauve and a brown one. So good!
