With split ends the only thing you can do is cut your hair to make it healthy again otherwise they just continue to split. Are you using a heat protectant when you straighten your hair? Do you use any hair masks?

Shubhangi once you have cut off all your split ends, this is what my hairdresser suggested I get - Pro-naturals Moroccan argan oil hair repair system. I started using it in Dec 2014 and it took roughly 6 months to get my hair back in better condition but I still use it today but instead of 1 week in every 6 weeks I now only use it for 1 week in every 8 weeks. I have white/grey, coarse & thick Asian hair, but dead straight. For the other 7 weeks I use Optima tea tree shampoo & conditioner.
