Wet and wild lipstick
E.l.f expert liquid eyeliner
Voluminous manga mascara
(Used an E.l.f eye lash curler and a Yes to cucumbers facial wipe )

It looks like the eyeliner isn't consistent over the whole eye. So I would continue it over your eye. Then the eyeshadow doesn't need to be taken up that high just focus on your lid

My suggestions on improvement would be:
I agree with jaden on the eyeliner. In fact I would first work on doing the eyeliner over the actual eye and then on a winged liner as a next step.
also I think clearing up and filling in your brows would really complete the look.
otherwise its a really nice look to start from, you have chosen a nice combination of eyeshadow colours. :)

Personally I don't like elf eyeliner, l'oreal gives you a nice thick and bold look!

Try putting the eyeliner on your eye lid and maybe not put the eye shadow so high up.

I would advice to first use a concealer that's your skin color to hide any blemishes or redness and then apply a foundation (if you want something light coverage maybe a good bb cream)

I think you need foundation, a great one for coverage is Macs matchmaster but please make sure they match you correctly. I think you also could get away with no eyeliner, and maybe a different eyeshadow, a plum pink?
Also a lipstick which is dark brown like Macs taupe/velvet teddy:)
Not meant to offend, just an opinion
