Stop with the makeup! I would go see a dermatologist because it does look different than most pimples but that could just be because it looks like you've picked at them; please don't do that!

Also make sure you aren't exfoliating! Just use a very gentle cleanser like CeraVe, and I would put on some Neosporin.

It looks pretty swollen. Unless you scratched it and created the scab, it could be some sort of an infection. I'd seek a dermatologist's opinion.

I agree with Lisa. If Neosporin doesn't heal it in a few days then I may see a dermatologist but neosporin never fails imo.
