I have some money to spend on makeup and I want to get stuff I haven't tried before I'm already planning on buying some Jeffery star cosmetics but what else would you guys recommend that you can only buy online or that isn't a big brand??

I personally think that stila is under rated. their stay all day foundation is wonderful as well as their eyeliner, eye shadow palettes and the magnificent metals eye shadow. Dose of colors has awesome liquid lipsticks and lip glosses. limecrime certainly isn't under rated but I think they have some of the best liquid lipsticks I've ever used.

BarryM is seriously underrated, I'd say Kiko is too. Sleek is very underrated, MUA is underrated.
I found a few articles which you can have a read of that have tons of underrated makeup brands https://www.buzzfeed.com/augustafalletta/best-makeup-brands?utm_term=.twGgA8o7l#.awrbN2Rmr http://stylecaster.com/beauty/underrated-beauty-brands/

Coastal scents hot pot eyeshadows. they are so cheap (2$ a pan but they have 50% off sales a few times a year). the revealed palettes got a bit of attention on youtube for being naked dupes. but the hot pots are better quality for some reason in my experience. they definitely rival my higher end brands.
rcma foundations (I am SO nagry I have never heard of this brand before beautylish, and I have makeup artist friends that use similar products. they should have said something!)
makeup monster liquid lipsticks are so comfy, they dry down completely with no stickiness, don't flake on me and they touch up well. they are definitely long wearing and transfer proof and they have a decent selection of colors.
those are all my favorites that I never hear mentioned or can never find videos on

Morphe is good for brushes/eyeshadows. Marc Jacobs lipsticks are Great and also makeup geek has amazing eyeshadows but they're a bit pricy (:

Not a brand, but I feel like the Kat Von D Chrysalis palette doesn't get the love it deserves. It's one of the best palettes I have. The KVD Innerstellar doesn't, either.

I'm so sad I tried to order a whole bunch of stuff off of Mua cosmetics but they don't ship to the United states.

Aw Brianna:( MUA is fantastic. Have you tried something like Go Pro shipping? It allows you to ship between countries. You could also try ordering MUA stuff off eBay, just make sure it's verified stuff! It might be a little more expensive that way but there might be US sellers that have eBay accounts that sell MUA.

Iman cosmetics(although it's geared more toward medium-deep dark skin, I think the lightest shade in most formulas are around an NC35)
Kryolan(although it's more prevelant around the world, there are more shops in other countries)
Milani. I do hear about the brand here and there but not much even though they have some pretty good stuff.
There was another theatrical brand that I can't really remember but I think these are the only ones that I can think of.
