I need help finding a new primer. my foundation creases really badly on my forehead and I don't know what to do. I'm currently using smash box oil free primer and it helps a little but the creases are noticeable.

I absolutely love the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer. I bought the travel size since it's cheaper and it's lasted me forever, I don't experience any creasing when I use it.

I 100% agree with Alexis. The Hourglass veil primer is my HG go to if I don't want to worry about my makeup moving around and/or creasing. I buy the travel size as well. It really does last for long time since a tiny dollop the size of half a pea is enough for my oily t zone.

Exactly which Smashbox primer are you using?
The original or the light?
The original(is a clear, gel textured primer) is technically "oil-free" but it's full of silicones which would explain why you're getting creasing; too much silicones.
Those really silicone based gel primers are nice if you have more normal to dry skin cause it helps the foundation "glide on smoothly" but that layer of silicone can cause creasing since it's just sitting on top of your skin.
Now, they offer the smashbox photo finish LIGHT which is a white type of lotion.
It's oil-free but unlike the original it's also silicone-free. It's a water based formula and won't really just sit on top of your skin like the original.
Another thing, if suggest you try using less product in general where you're prone to creasing.
If you use a brush or beauty blender just to the rest of your face and what Evers left you just use on the crease-able areas

Aurora: I use the original one. I try to use less foundation there but it happens to be the area where I break out the most as well. so I end up with creases and acne.
Olivia: thanks I'll try it :)
Traci: next time I'm in sephora I'll pick up a sample to see how it works on me
