I love warm gold shades! You can start slow with just a bit of a shimmery shade on your lid, or you can add to that by shading your upper lashline with a dark brown, then maybe another day you can slightly darken your crease. (I may have misinterpreted your question)
If you want the iridescent ones to look great on the lid you could try spraying your brush with a fixing spray and use them wet!

And thank you Breeze! I think I need to pick up a few more brushes before I'll play with it too much, I only have 2 fluffy blending brushes haha none for packing on colour 💕

Oh well in that case the best tool you've got to pack on color is your finger in the meantime! It's better than you think for shimmers ;)
