The L'orèal infallible pro matte works great.
It's very matte though.
I like the studio fix fluid as well, it's not quite as matte but good on oily skin and it helps minimize the look of pores, I know there are primers that but it nice having an almost 2-in-1.
As for concealer to cover acne, my fave is the MAC Studio Finish concealer.
As for powder, I quite like the Palladio Rice powder, it's my go-to for very oily skin and I like the translucent shade to set my makeup
But I do carry around a blotting paper and blotting powder with me to touch up if I'm getting a little oily.
I like to use the perm end rollers to blot my face then use a blotting powder like the NYX blotting powder, MAC Blot Powder or the Cover FX blot powder.
I currently have the MAC and Cover FX one but the NYX does fairly good.
Also, keep in mind that skincare is quite important certain things may be makin you more oily

I highly recommend the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer, Estée Lauder Double Wear, NYX HD Concealer, and Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Powder. With this combination of products your skin will look matte with medium to full coverage.
I also agree with Aurora that skincare is very important.

I use the Mac fx foundation and I have very oily skin. I love it. But I also try to moisturize, and I honestly think that cuts back oil!

Maybelline fit me matte and poreless and the coty airspun loose powder! Both drugstore so you can get them easy and for a good price:)

Anything with SPF in it will instantly make your face feel cakey and oily so just steer clear of those and you'll be good 👍

I disagree with Kayley, SPF has nothing to do with cakiness or being oily. Cakey is an application issue and oiliness is due to your own skin.

Cover girl ready set gorgeous foundation is great! Also not too expensive and doesn't make me breakout which is a huge struggle for me when buying foundations. They always make my skin SUPER dry and make me breakout.

Alexis foundation with SPF is usually very oily and looks too dewy so I would have to disagree with you and say Kayley is right!
