There is no way to repair bleach damaged hair. I suggest to cut most of the damage, and do protein treatments once a month, also use sulfate free hair products.

I agree with the cut, but I'd just get a trim and get on a micro trim schedule for the rest. Aveda Damage Remedy Mask slept in overnight with a shower cap for the next few washes will make a difference. I'd also cut back to washing once a week, using cooler water, a leave in treatment such as "It's a 10 with Keratin"...and skip shampoo the next few washes..using just the mask and rinsing it out the next morning. I'd also avoid hot tools and let hair air-dry with an anti-frizz serum used sparingly. To reduce breakage, pick up a Wet Brush. Pat hair dry with a towel rather than rub hair. A silky scrunchie, with dry hair in a top knot or loosely braided hair will help keep friction down and hair looking good between washes. I find a silk pillowcase makes a big difference in frizz and keeping styles looking their best, making it easier to wash hair less.
If the ends feel dry, a little Argan or Apricot Oil..very tiny bit on fingertips is helpful. Pureology Hydra Whip is a great strengthening and hydrating product. I'd be sure I used Salon grade shampoo that is sulfate free and formulated for dry, color treated hair.

Yes about cutting its all over damaged and I use straighteners as hair is curly and can't stand it thinking of going back to brown.

You need to find a way to straight your hair without heat.

You know that is the problem.
