...powder bronzer brushes and face powder brushes?

Face powder brushes are generally for setting powder while powder bronzer brushes are generally for places where you apply bronzer.

I think. I don't know for certain.

My powder brush isn't as dense or tightly packed as my bronzer brush. I also find it rather large for specific placement. It may depend more so on the brush than it does on the term.

I generally find powder brushes to be larger and denser than bronzer brushes. Although nowadays, they're so many varieties of brushes for very specific needs. And I don't even use most of my brushes for what they're meant for. I use a fan brush for bronzer, I use a concealer setting brush for highlight etc.

Well I don't know. I use a powder brush for bronzer and it works fine.

I think it also depends on how you like to apply it, the product you're using and how heavily you like to apply it.

To be honest I have no idea... For my setting powder I use my real techniques powder brush. For my bronzer I use a Danielle fluffy brush. I find I like a fluffy powder brush for bronzer for a soft application.

Hmmmm...thanks all! I guess if I want my bronzer on specific areas, I could use a smaller brush and if I want an all-over bronze, I could use a bigger, fluffier brush. I imagine how dark or heavy I'd want my bronzer to be - if my bronzer is heavily pigmented and I want a light touch, I'd use a softer, fluffier brush, whereas if the bronzer is less pigmented, I could use a denser, former brush...? Would you agree?

Totally! It also depends on the bristle type as well. I find my synthetic brushes will apply all the pigment at once. It's much easier to control the amount deposited on a natural bristle.

Oh, thank you, Kitty! Thanks all of you! Appreciate your input!

I agree with Kitty, I prefer a natural bristle brush.
