How to chieve this highlight?

I tripped on this picture on tumblr and I literally fell in love with the highlight I know that this is a heavy highlight , but I just want to know how to achieve it and what great pigmented highlight can achieve this?

I'd recommend Benefit High Beam and then put theBalm Mary Loumanizer on top

I can't tell for for sure due to the lighting of that pic, but it looks white to me. If you really want to achieve that look, I would recommend Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in PEARL (liquid), then the matching skin perfector in powder form over the liquid. The combination of the two will give that opague white look.

But I'd do a cream then a powder to get the most out of it. I like a pinker highlight on my skin so I use nars copacabana illuminator and a shimmery baked pink essence eyeshadow on top and I get similar results :)

ABH "So Hollywood" became my fav when Mac discontinued "Whisper of Gilt" I personally love a gold toned highlight. You can also use a liquid illumunator before applying a powder highlight to make it really pop (:
