Hello beauties. Let's talk New Years resolutions. Mine is to go sugar and refined grain free for 60 days. Rumour has it that it helps adult acne and a host of other skin problems. What is your resolution? Is it beauty related? Fitness?

Mines to be the best gymnastics coach I can (I've been coaching for nearly 2 years), drink more water as I've been breaking out a lot over Christmas due to the sheer amount of alcohol and fizzy pop. Get the strength back in my arm (I dislocated my elbow back in October and only just been discharged from physiotherapy). Go on holiday with my friends before I'm off to university in September. Buy more makeup and get better! Look after myself more, physically and mentally. I'm not good at self care haha.

My new year resolution is to focus on skin care :) As I get closer to 30 I feel like I need to provide my skin with all the best to keep it looking good and healthy! And honesty all the makeup in the world won't make a diffrent if you don't take care of your skin :)

Lowering sugar and going gluten free has helped me so much. I would advise it to anyone. Been doing it for over a year now. It was quite easy to put into place. As far as my resolution, I would like to improve my posture and work out more!

Oh oh! mine is to kick pills haha they were doctor prescribed painkillers for my hips which required surgery. I got one surgery done and will get the second in 6-12 months time. but I was on pain pills for 2.5 years at 100mg oxy a day and I just got soo. sick of feeling toxic and dealing with skin problems and just being sick. so my doctor took me down through a months time and I have been pill free for two weeks. absolute worst two weeks of my life but I know once j get passes this month it'll be smooth sailing! can't wait to get my face back and my health!

Mine is to drink more water and to watch my nutrition. I've been low on iron and high to sugar for too long so I'm trying to eat more iron rich foods so I don't rely only on my pills. I also really want to lower my sugar intake.

Drinking more water is great. I hope to succeed on that as well. Raylene, I had withdrawals as well in the past and I know exactly how you must feel. The worst was over in two weeks for me, but it took over a month to feel normal afterwards.

My resolution is to lose the last 25 lbs after having a gastric bypass last February. (75 lbs lost though!) To do this I really need to put myself into a routine of exercising and not just when I feel well enough to. Considering I'll be in a cast six weeks come surgery day on Friday for my foot it may have to wait. Good luck on your resolutions, everyone!

One of my resolutions is definitely become more confident with myself and what I do. I always really really REALLY want to loose the little pucker I have on my stomach, it has really taken a toll on the clothing I wear, and I definitely want to flaunt this summer and not be jealous/self conscious around other girls who have amazing bodies. Lastly, I want to be more on top of my school work and my overall life and not be such a procrastinator. I really like this thread!
