I highly suggest the Lorac Pro Matte Palette. The colors are perfectly pigmented and blend so smoothly and easily. All of the Lorac Pro palettes are basically my holy grail eyeshadow palettes. I have an IT Cosmetics palette and I never use it, personally I don't think it stands up to Lorac.

I wasn't a fan of the Lorac pro matte palette. I really only got it for the burgundy color but when ever I used it it ended up looking more like a muddy brown no matter what I did.

Viseart are A-MAZING! buuuuut very expensive for a palette. I don't know how much you are planning to pay.
