Any ideas how to make a dark brown eyebrow pencil?

I don't think there is a DIY for a brow pencil. You could use a brown eyeliner but it might come out too harsh, think, and/or bold for the brows.

I agree with @Hailey the most because she gives like a better ideas but @Alexis does make a good point.
