I brought the mine last year and had it put away for summer. I wanted something color in my life so I pulled it out. I'm so disappointed the colors aren't what I expected at all especially from what I seen in reviews. I'm not sure if I got a bad one or if this is what it really is. Did anyone else experience something similar.

I actually adore this palette! I collect Urban Decay, and find this specific palette to be really versatile in my everyday life. May I ask what about it is so disappointing? What were you expecting from it?

That's odd. Which ones specifically do you find you're having this problem with? Personally I think Flame is the only one I've had that type of issue with, but to combat that, I tend to apply it wet. Have you tried using your fingers to apply the shades to your eyes? or have you tried using a lighter toned base to help the shades stand out more?
