Hi! Well there are many ways to become a pastry chef, I think that the traditional way is best if you are still young. In my country they have high school for people who want to cook, if I could go back I'd choose that school.
Now I'm going to finish university and the tour around Italy and Europe to learn recipes and tricks from home cooks :)
