If you clean them and look after them, it depends on the quality but false eyelashes can be used about 10 times

I soak mine in makeup remover and the glue comes off easily, Hailey have a great tip with using the alcohol to kill germs

I think it's Ardell that makes adhesive remover for lashes. I use that to gently remove the glue so they don't get stretched out or misshapen and then spray with an alcohol based brush cleaner (the kind used to disinfect brushes not the deep cleaning stuff you need to rinse) and I get at least 5 or 6 uses from mine before I think they're just too gross to put by my eyes:)

I use falsies almost everyday and I can get about 20-30 uses out of a pair of lash. I use the same techniques as the ladies above. Remove the glue, brush the lashes, spray with alcohol and in some cases I even wash them. For how long they're going to last has a lot to do with the quality, material, lenght and curve and the thickness of the lash band. You'll see when you're not supposed to wear them again and should toss them. But yes, you can definitely get many wears out those, just be gentle :)
