I need a way to get rid of these pimples on my forehead before the first day of school? They're all across my forehead and they sort of hurt?

Do you wash your face two times a day? If so, what do you use?

Well what I usually do is I use my soap (the same kind as yours actually) and rinse it slightly with warm water then I add a bit of baking soda in and mix it in my hand. Then I rub it in slowly and rub in circles. The baking soda exfoliates your skin a bit. Then I rinse off with a face cloth with warm water and use a Stridex pad. I use the green for sensitive skin but my sister uses the red one for her acne and it clears it up really fast. Then I use a toner and then moisturize. I haven't seen that many pimples after I started that system.

I have those to and the are so hard to get rid but I recommend picking up a mask with charcoal I personal use the 1 minute self heating mask by biore it cleans the pores and takes all of the sebum out of the skin wash your face morning and night with a cleanser toner and oil free moisturizer make sure to exfoliate 3 times a week ;)

Be very careful when trying to quick fix acne/bumps on the face. You can end up making them much worse.

Starting a regimen of salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide is pretty standard for mild/moderate acne. I use products from Paula's Choice. If you feel you need additional exfoliation I recommend getting a set of microfiber cloths (they're pretty cheap on Amazon) to use once a day. You can use each one once or twice and then toss it to be washed.

Daily sun protection is a must as well, since sun damage essentially makes all skin problems worse. Make sure you buy something appropriate for your skin type with "broad spectrum" on the label.
