Growing up, my skin never really had acne problems. Maybe a pimple here and there, but otherwise it was clear. During summer in Utah, the climate is hot and dry. With the seasonal change, I believe this was the reason to my forehead breaking out. While vacationing in Hawaii, my skin was probably at its peak and was super clear!! I thought it was probably the humidity. Then, coming back to Utah, my forehead acne came up again..

I believe I have either dry skin from being from a dry climate. On the flip side, could I have oily skin because I wake up with my face covered in oil and end my day with an oily face. But then again, it could be from the mass oil production because of dry skin.

So my question is, how do I need to change my skincare or lifestyle to make my forehead acne gone??

@Natalie S., I've been using Neutrogena Foaming Face Wash and moisturized with Olay Complete Moisturizer with SPF 15. I don't use a toner nor a serum, and do this for my day and night routine.

You may need more intense moisture. If you aren't breaking out at all when it's really humid, your skin probably likes that kind of moist environment.

I don't generally recommend wearing SPF at night, simply because the ingredients can be occlusive and aren't recommended for 24 hour wear. For your nighttime moisturizer, I'd recommend the CeraVe PM face lotion, which is available at most drugstores, and if you want even more hydration, add a dash of raw, unfiltered honey to it. It's a slightly tacky feeling, which is why I do it at night, but you could write multiple paragraphs about the benefits it's been demonstrated to have for pretty much all skin types and still not cover everything. I get my honey off of Amazon; the brand is Desert Creek.

You may need more hydration during the day as well, but I'd start with amping up your nighttime routine first.
