Try Biore Baking Soda Wash. That's what I use, and my skin feels and looks so smooth! Try that, or you can make your own paste with baking soda and water. I wouldn't recommend the second option, because its not the best idea, but it burns the pimples, which helps them "disappear." At least that's what I've noticed with my skin. If you do the second, don't leave it on for more than two to three minutes, otherwise it will burn your skin slightly. It just makes your face red. Anyways, try Biore. That really seems to help. Also, try not to touch your face throughout the day. The oils from your hands seep into your skin and produce more zits, both black and white heads. Good luck!

Try a well-formulated salicylic acid product. I love mine from Paula's Choice; they're the best on the market as far as I'm concerned.
