Don't use toothpaste! It's not formulated for skin and can damage it! Just make sure you're cleansing and exfoliating and use a proper spot treatment or charcoal mask, I suggest the Origins Clear Improvement mask.

Toothpaste might burn your skin. Apply tree tea oil diluted with water.

Dilute the tea tree with coconut or olive oil, water doesn't work to dilute it. Like for instance one time I got peppermint essential oil in my eyes and I tried to wash it with water but it made it worse, the coconut oil made the sting go away😶but if that what works for you then you do you😊✌🏼️

The biore baking soda face wash before that

I've been using Biore baking soda face wash, and it works great. Its not overnight, but if you keep your hands off of your face after washing it, that will help too. I know from experience that its hard not to touch your face, but with all of the oils in your hands it just spreads zits on the face. Sorry about that! I know it's no fun. :(

Well I'd try popping the bottom one and putting some overnight acne cream on it and use ice on the other one to reduce swelling and use the same overnight cream.

Also use an actual whitehead remover tool. Do not touch your face!!

The best thing I've tried is cut a lemon in half and spread some raw honey on the surface. Squeeze the lemon gently while rubbing the lemon over your face. The honey is antibacterial and the lemon dries out the pimples. By the next day my pimples are always flat! Just stay clear of your eyes :) rinse off after you're done.

For stubborn acne and such, I've found that Salicylic Acid does nothing for me. Benzoyl Peroxide is strong, but it gets the job done. I love the Clean and Clear Persa Gel 10 I think it's called. It's the strongest you can get over the counter but if your acne or pimple isn't from anything hormonal, then it should do the trick. Just put a light coat on the affected area and you drink a lot of lemon water. The Body Shop Tea Tree Mask is my holy grail too. It helps (for me) overnight.

In response to the above comment, most salicylic acid products are not formulated properly, so they can't do their job to exfoliate the skin.
Best thing I've done for my acne was investing in GOOD salicylic acid products, supplemented with benzoyl peroxide used as a mask every/every other night for about 30 minutes to an hour while I do my evening routine.
Do not put lemon on your skin. It may be antibacterial but it's also highly irritating and phototoxic, meaning it'll make your skin more sensitive to the sun and will also react with UV light to further damage your skin.
For the extremely rare emergency, I use a 20% salicylic acid that I buy off of Amazon. Absolutely nothing will make a bad pimple disappear overnight, but SA will kill the bacteria on/in your skin/pores, and will force your skin to shed excess layers that will bring the zit to a head much faster, allowing you to extract the contents if it's ready for you to do so. It will also speed the fading of red marks, since that's just hyperpigmented skin that goes down multiple layers of the epidermis to the dermis.
There is a lot of science to skincare that a lot of people aren't savvy about. It takes a lot of research and self-educating to navigate the plethora of products on the market.

You could try any of the things mentioned but as they said it won't completely disappear. Also check with a doctor or a mum about any allergies this way if you use product on the pimple it won't cause you to break out even more. One last thing would be no matter HOW irritating the spot is DONT pop it! Most of the puss erupts downwards into the skin which would again cause more pimples to appear
Hope this helped❤️
