I don't know if you have NYX but their Illuminator is lovely! Very affordable but great quality plus the pan is a great size and it'll last a long time, I've had mine for over a year and I still haven't hit pan on it (:

Do you have physician's formula in the UK? The shimmer strips nude palette (the square boxy one, not the clear rectangular one) is really lovely for a drugstore highlighter!

Sleek has a lovely highlighter pallatte. I can't remember the name though sorry!

If not Soap and Glory's highlighters are very good or Makeup Academy are also meant to be lovely.

I picked up the Elf Illuminating Palette and if you like a subtle, but pretty highlight, it's a steal.

Sleek and Makeup Revolution do lovely highlighters. I really like the No7 illuminating liquid too and there's a really lovely highlighter in the Makeup Revolution colour correcting palette :)
