The Gwen Stefani Palette is still available at Sephora. (They have a return policy on tested products so there's no risk)
Overstock.com has several of The Balm Eye Palettes for around $22.00
Ulta has Makeup Revolution palettes for $7- $15..and Buy 1, Get 1 half off. With their site/flyer $3.50 coupon, you save even more and can return them if you don't like them. Some have rav reviews while others are luke warm. You can see colors and customer rating/reviews for the sale items on Ulta's website.

Target has the Revlon Illuminance Cream Shadows for $5.99 in 4 quads. (These are gorgeous)

I own these are well and find them to be truly beautiful and long wearing.
The ELF shadows don't see to all be created equally, but the "Mad for Mattes" is a standout for $10.

With seasons changing, you should see more sales as new product moves in and holiday gift sales begin. I'd also look at my local Marshalls and TJ Maxx. Sometimes you can see high end goodies there for drugstore prices.

Oh, Marleen, that is a very pretty palette..especially with Fall approaching. Gorgeous Green and love the shades.
I've never tried them, but I've heard good things about some of their palettes.

If you use a black, white or beige eyeshadow primer on the last shadow on wet and wild palette you will get different colors.

Morphe has great palettes with 35 shades for about $22. They're pigmented and beautiful.

I second the Carli Bybel palette - it's incredible pigmentation for the price, plus there's so many shadows and four beautiful eye shadows. I highly recommend it!
