Hello, lovely people of Beautylish! I have come here to ask some more experienced people than I about makeup and skincare, as I am only an amateur at said topics.
I have been desperately trying to find a moisturizer and primer for my face that won't break me out and is effective. I have oily-combination (my skin usually get very dry after I wash my face and use my acne treatment), acne-prone skin.
Thanks for your help!

I like to use mattifying products - so my favorite moisturizer is a tea tree oil based one by desert essence - it goes well under makeup but you have to add SPF cause it doesn't have any - for primers I like the hourglass primer the best - but I also like the coverFX mattifying primer gel - it has salicylic acid in it to treat minor acne while you wear it.

My favorite moisturizer is the Clinique dramatically different moisturizer! I have pretty dry skin, my sister has oily, and it works for us both!

Emma is absolutely right. I use the Gel version and it's my holy grail 🙌🏼. If you absolutely need a primer, clinique has also (the only one I liked) the one in the peachy tube. However, much has been said about using your moisturizer as a primer, not to layer to many products on your face at once. I personally prefer to pass on the primer. A generous amount of moisturizer (wait till absorbed) does the trick.
