Fairground clothing help

So today I'm going to a fair with a friend and some family. It's around an hour and a half drive and the weather forecast is says it will be a combination of sun, cloud and light rain. The temperature is supposed to be around 20°C. The thing is, I'm not sure what to wear. I'll be doing a lot of walking and layers would probably work best. I was thinking leggings, converse, a simple shirt, a light sweater and a rain jacket just incase. Any thoughts? Thank you so much!

Shoes you don't mind getting wrecked, I'd wear shorts, a top and bring a light rain coat like a pac a mac that you can tie around your waist. You could also bring a hoodie that you can tie around your waist.
You might even want to bring a bumbag so your hands are free. I've just got back from Reading festival and that's what I wore all weekend,

I just chose some really comfortable leggings, a loose thin strapped top and a loose sweater. I have a bag with a light rain coat in it. Thank you so much for your help. I didn't even think of a bag
