I got a second lobe piercing a couple years ago and I haven't worn earrings in it for a while, the front of it is Still open but the back is closed, how can I reopen it?

Get it repierced :) I have 2 piercings that did the same thing! And make sure to keep a ring in it if you don't want it to close up again!

I thought mine had too, but it turned out mine wasn't pierced straight through, if that makes sense. I just put my earring in through the front and wiggled it around until it found the rest of the hole

I agree with kinen, it could be clogged up since you haven't had earrings in them for a while
